In System Shock 2, navigating the Medical Bay can be a daunting task, especially when trying to shut down Xerxes. One of the most frustrating puzzles players encounter is the Medical Bay Junction Box puzzle. Here's how to solve it and progress further in the game.

To begin with, make sure you've inserted Isotope X-22 into the machine and activated the Radiation Shields. This will allow you to eliminate the sickness caused by high levels of radiation.

Once you're feeling better, proceed to the room containing the Junction Box puzzle. You'll find a tile puzzle that requires some strategic thinking. To solve it, you need to align the tiles correctly, taking into account the radiation symbols on each one. When you've successfully solved the puzzle, open the box and prepare for a fight.

Inside, you'll encounter two Cyborg Elite Drones. Use your Medical Access Card to unlock the door, and then proceed to the next room. You'll find yourself in a small dining area where you'll need to equip your Laser Rapier and take out an enemy cyborg.

As soon as this cyborg is dead, a second one will enter the room, followed by a small bot that will charge towards you. Be prepared to defend yourself or run away quickly, as if this bot reaches you, it will explode, inflicting massive damage.
